Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Web3 Associate Sales Manager to join our dynamic remote-first team. As an Associate Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by actively prospecting and engaging clients, with a focus on Asia and the Americas. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, possess excellent sales and communication skills, and have a network within the startup scene.
What you’ll focus on
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for revenue growth in our Web3 consulting team.
- Identify target markets, segments, and key accounts for sales prioritization.
- Define sales objectives, goals, and Scenarios & Success Factors (OKRs) to track and measure progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including consulting and marketing, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Actively prospect potential clients in the Web3 space through various channels.
- Implement effective prospecting strategies to generate leads and build a strong client pipeline.
- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Leverage contacts and networks in Asia and the Americas to identify business opportunities.
- Stay updated on Web3 industry trends and key players in target regions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet evolving client needs.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales reporting system for analysis and optimization.
- Utilize data analytics tools to identify patterns, trends, and sales process improvements.
- Understand and navigate the startup ecosystem, particularly within Web3.
- Leverage existing network within the startup scene to connect with potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for startups’ unique challenges.
- Preferably based in Asia with a strong understanding of the local business landscape.
- Previous experience in sales or business development roles, preferably within the Web3 industry or related sectors.
- Experience working in a remote-first environment, with a geographically dispersed and culturally diverse team.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly evolving industry and start-up working environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Strong network and contacts within the startup scene, with a focus on Asia and the Americas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be fluent in English. Fluency in Chinese also a plus, but not required.
- In-depth knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, and related concepts.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using relevant tools and methodologies.
