Previously leading and developing social projects dedicated to entrepreneurial action for a better world, his career path continued in the crypto industry, where he leveraged his project management and sales skills.

His academic and professional journeys are driven by a passion for research of the transformative potential of blockchain technology, alongside growing expertise in product management, statistics, economics, and finance. Currently, Marcos is in the final steps of completing his Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.

Beyond the office, his interests include high endurance sports, connecting with people, music, and reading.
