What you’ll focus on

Feature Development and Integration

  • Collaborate with our development team to fast track feature releases.
  • Work in tandem with the back-end developers to integrate endpoints and build a seamless, user-friendly interface.
  • Under the guidance of the Product Manager, prioritize, develop, and refine features, enhancing our chart visualizations, and improving the command line

Core Software Contribution

  • Make substantial contributions to the core software we are crafting, ensuring its responsiveness, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

Collaboration

  • Engage with the back-end development team to ensure a coherent product build and development front.
  • Closely partner with the Product Manager to understand and act upon user feedback, to iteratively improve the user interface and experience.
  • Report to the development team, ensuring a synchronized approach to product enhancement.

Evaluation Metrics

  • The frequency and severity of bugs or complaints.
  • User satisfaction with the UI/UX, gauged through feedback and usability testing.
  • Effective and timely communication with the development team, fostering a collaborative environment that propels project progression and problem resolution.
  • Quality and timeliness of documentation.

Documentation

  • Meticulously document build progress, processes, and any challenges encountered, fostering a culture of transparency and continuous learning.

About you

  • Preferably based in Serbia or Central Europe
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in building front-end software (SaaS Platforms)
  • In-depth knowledge of the development of web-based user interfaces with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Some design experience and CSS knowledge
  • Enthusiasm for pioneering a revolutionary data analytics software targeted at data analysts.
  • A strong emphasis on documentation and recording build progress and processes
  • An insatiable curiosity and creative approach to problem-solving
  • Although a university degree is not a prerequisite, a robust portfolio that showcases your expertise and experience is essential
  • Bonus: A deep-seated interest in Web3 and the crypto domain

What you’ll focus on

User-Developer Liaison:

  • Act as the pivotal communication conduit between users and our internal teams, ensuring seamless information flow and understanding.

Feedback Collection and Business Requirement (BR) Documentation:

  • Engage with users to solicit feedback and translate this feedback into clear, actionable business requirements.

User Acquisition and Engagement:

  • Conduct insightful user interviews and research to glean user behaviors, needs, and aspirations.
  • Utilize research findings to refine product offerings and user engagement strategies.

Business Requirements Articulation:

  • Possess the finesse to articulate well-defined business requirements that resonate with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

Communication and Engagement:

  • Embellish a charismatic demeanor that fosters positive interactions with users.
  • Effectively communicate Orus’ value proposition to users and stakeholders, promoting a collaborative and constructive user community.

Technical Acumen:

  • Exhibit a keen interest and understanding of web3, coupled with technical experience, ideally having a “degen” status in the crypto community.

Learning and Adaptation:

  • Utilize available resources such as Bloomberg documentation/tutorials to continuously learn and adapt to the evolving industry standards and practices.
  • Keep up to date on feature releases by Microsoft BI, Tableau, etc.

  • Preferably based in Singapore with a strong understanding of the Asia business landscape

You are the key person who is responsible for researching, developing, communicating, and executing strategic marketing plans to meet the company’s goals.

Candidates will be involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimisation processes. The marketing wizard will lead, execute, and optimise marketing efforts for the company and collaborate with multifunctional teams to execute them. The successful candidate will also align marketing efforts with overall business strategies. The marketing manager may work with our clients on collaborative marketing and PR efforts to showcase the partnerships.

What you'll focus on

Strategy

  • Conduct competition research and market analysis to identify the target audience to forecast market trends
  • Create marketing strategies and campaigns in the market, with new and existing products and services
  • Work closely with the consulting team to execute and launch the marketing campaign and strategies
  • Plan, reach out and co-organise bi-weekly community calls on Discord
